About This Project

Rural & Urban Marksman focuses on non-standard firing positions that stabilize a shooter for distances between 100-230 yards. Range work is conducted on the flat range and in the rural areas surrounding Winchester Canyon Gun Club. Material also incorporates a ballistic workshop that evaluates the impact of shooting through different types of structural and vehicle safety glass. Although this class places a high premium on accuracy, shooters are still taught to shoot for speed while under physical stress.
