Description

Movement is central to all tactical engagements. Whether moving 3 yards, or 3 miles, efficiently getting into and out of position means the difference between taking a shot of opportunity, or needing to reposition ourselves.

 

Although you don’t need to be a Crossfit god to participate in this course, you should feel comfortable with moderate to high intensity sprinting exercises.


Training Outcomes:

  • Pistol movement mechanics
  • Speed versus accuracy (moving/static)
  • Acceleration/deceleration into position (moving/static)
  • Physical work capacity (our methodology with range fitness)
  • Shooting on the move (throttle control)

  • 500 rounds
  • 3 x magazines
  • 1 x magazine pouch
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Lunch, water, sunscreen
